Beginning Friday, October 28, Jeremy Sutton of Vivian Physical Therapy will begin a new monthly segment focusing on health and wellness.
The segment will air on the fourth Friday of every month after the local news with Nikki Barr. This month’s episode with focus on Plantar Fascitis.
Jeremy Sutton is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, who grew up around Driskill Mountain in Union, Louisiana. He has always loved people and wanted to help them! While attending Louisiana Tech University, he got a job as a physical therapy tech at Green Clinic. He fell in love with physical therapy at 19, and has been involved in PT in some way ever since. After graduating from LaTech in 2004 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, Jeremy went to The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida to continue his education. In 2009, Jeremy received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with advanced training in manual therapy. Dr. Sutton has worked in most settings since graduating from PT school, but his passion even from his days at LaTech has always been outpatient physical therapy. He has spent the majority of His 8-year career helping people reach their goals as an outpatient PT. Dr. Sutton worked at 2 outpatient clinics before coming to Vivian Physical Therapy, Inc with the plan of working for the previous owner for a while and then buying the clinic.
Dr. Sutton believes that serving others is what life is truly about, in his practice and personal life. He and his wife, Monica, purchased Vivian Physical Therapy in May 2016 and have two children.
