NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Saints safety Marcus Williams enters his final season under contract saying he’s determined to become a better tackler. He says game video clearly shows it’s an area where he needs to improve and he won’t shy away from it. Williams was a second-round draft choice out of Utah in 2017 who was highly regarded in college for tracking down and intercepting deep passes. Those attributes also have been evident in the NFL. He has 10 regular season interceptions and one in the playoffs. Williams says better tackling will elevate his game and help everyone playing around him.
